A little about me….Born in coastal Goa, raised in Karnataka and Tamilnadu, India explains my inclination towards INDIAN cuisine. Having lived over half a decade in the Island Country, Singapore was a curtain-raiser to the variety of food representling different ethnicities and hybridized versions. Later, I moved to Dublin, one of the most expensive cities in Europe to spend the next half of the decade. I enjoyed the Irish cuisine that has evolved from their crops. Spuds, Colcannon, Irish stew, Scones, Soda bread, Barmbrack and lots more.
Recently, I moved to Raleigh, NC Columbus, Ohio to join my life-time companion PR, my best friend who helped me design this blog. It helps having a software junkie at home. I left my job as a Health care professional (Pediatrics) to become a home-maker. I loved my job as I’m well versed with the nitty-gritty of minding tiny tots. Little did I realize that ‘MARRIAGE’ is a full- time job. I enjoy this break from the mundane life. I intend to cook and bake as long as I have the primary test subject, best critic, patient partner – my HUBBY.
